Key Forms
- Game Change Request Form
- Game Change Forms will be available for submission for a period of one week following the upload of the schedule in RAMP.
- Games Changes will only be considered for the following reasons:
- School Function (more than half the team will not be in attendance)
- ALA Sanctioned Event
- Game Changes will not be considered for
- Coach/Player Vacation
- Other sport functions (i.e Volleyball Premiers, Basketball Tournaments, etc.)
- Late Game Change Request Form
- Exhibition Request Form
- Exhibition Games will not be approved until the GELC Board of Directors have finalized all team formation.
- Travel Authorization Request (Out of Province Tournaments)
- Injury Report Form
Medical Insurance
RAMP
- User Name/Passwords
- Each Team will receive a unique user name/password to log in. These will be sent to the Club Presidents for distribution.
