Game Change Requests - Online Submission
There will be no game changes for the first two weeks of the Season Schedule
Games may be rescheduled for the following reasons only:
- Team has entered an ALA sanctioned tournament and requires the game to be rescheduled.
- The majority of a teams players attend the same school and are not available due to a school function. For example players graduations, school field trips.
Games will not be rescheduled for the following reasons
- Coach absences
- Goalie absences
- Other Sports
- Game start time or locations
Games will be rescheduled for a period of one week after the schedule is posted on line. After the one week reschedule period is complete, games may be rescheduled for a $200.00 reschedule fee and a late game change request must be submitted. Late game changes will only be considered once the fee is submitted via e-transfer. It will be rescheduled with the approval of the two teams involved and the president of the club receiving the invoice. 7 days minimum notice must be provided for the reschedule.
